Here at Marsden Weighing, we understand that you need your weighing scales to be in the best working condition at all times. For this reason, we have a dedicated service team on hand.
Our internal service department offer support to our customers to facilitate service and repair of weighing equipment. Our field engineers are situated throughout the United Kingdom and carry out essential service and repair in accordance to UK Weighing Federation guidelines and under 2014/31/EU.
If you are a contract customer, we offer a client portal, enabling you to track all assets, download documentation and book an engineer. Find out more below.
Service Contracts
Marsden has a nationwide Service team who can repair, maintain and calibrate your scales. We are ISO9001:2015 accredited and qualified to undertake initial verification and reverification of weighing scales under the NAWI directive 2014/31/EU.

Repairs & Verification
If you require a one-off repair, we are able to facilitate this, even if you do not have a service contract with us.
An engineer can attend site, or you can send your device to our head office for an in-house repair to save money on engineer travel time.

We are proud to offer a vast range of support, not only on Marsden weighing scales, but on a whole range of devices.
Our in-house technical support are always on hand to offer our customers around the clock troubleshooting tips and advice for getting the most out of their weighing scales.
